Signed 1931 Photo Calendar - $8 - (Rochester, NY)

I found this calendar among my Mother's things, it is the birthyear of my Father. It has been stored in a plastic cover so it is in very good condition. The calendar part seems like it was only opened for my photos. I am not sure what the old lithograph is of, but it is signed in pencil 'Yucca.' The back of the calendar has a paper stand and is signed in ink 'Seasons Greetings from Julia bird (or bud) Martin.
